We found this really cool guy Robert out in the country of Mason. We stopped by and he let us right in and we were able to share the restoration with him! He was also telling us about how he worked with the Blue Angel's in the Navy I tried to get him to talk more about it, but I don't think he could because he was not budging. Anyway he said he was willing to read and pray about the Book of Mormon.
We helped some members unload a trailer on Saturday and it was kind of painful watching city folk try to back a trailer. I was about ready to say, "hop out I can do it", but they finally figured it out. The member had a really cool barn that was full on pioneer status. The guy they bought it from was born there and had lived his entire life there. The member also had a bunch of non-member family there and we were able to make some friends and hopefully in the future we can have a teaching opportunity.
We taught the Sandovals or should I say Bishop Jones and Elder Tilley taught them. We taught them the ten commandments and they really enjoyed it. They said they would come to church if the father was able to get home from work on time and if not this week for sure next week. I'm really excited for the Sandovals. I think they have a lot of potential and more importantly it seems like all of our lessons are spirit filled.
On Tuesday we had trade offs and our district leader only gave us 3 days heads up and we already had a bunch of appointments planned so we ended up spending most of the trade off in our area. We had a dinner appointment planned as well with Bob and Julie. They invited us over to have a hot dog roast on the fire pit we put together. It was a ton of fun. I don't think I've roasted a Hot Dog in over a year. They also invited a bunch of friends over and we were able to meet a bunch of new people in a community that we usually wouldn't be able to get into.

Zac got baptized!
That is right Zac got baptized this week! I guess not to much to note on it besides he was baptized out in California by his future-father-in-law. And he is around his future family! In about 3 months Zac will move out to California and he will permanently live there!
We did some service on Wednesday for Bob and Julie. We helped them move about 4 or 5 months ago and they needed their fire pit put together so we came over and we helped them out. It was a ton of fun being able to play in the dirt for a little bit. It's been a while since I've had the chance to do that. After we finished up the fire pit I invited them to come hear me speak on Sunday. They said they would come and sure enough when Sunday rolled around they showed up! They have told us that they aren't interested in becoming members but we will occasionally visit and say hello and do service.
We met with the Sandovals on Friday and it was amazing having Elder Tilley being able to teach them. We still took a member who spoke Spanish but Elder Tilley was able to lead the lesson more! It still amazes me. I can barely understand what they are talking about, but yet I can still feel the spirit testifying of whatever is being said.
Besides that we got a new apartment and it was so much work. They wanted us to clean the old one and get it done as soon as possible so on Tuesday we spent 4 hours trying to get it cleaned and ready to go, but fortunately we are all done with cleaning.

6 Transfers in Holt and a Baptism?
Yep, that is right I'm doing a 6th transfer in Holt believe it or not. And not only that but I'm going to be in another trio again. Our new companion is Elder Tilley and the best part is he speaks Spanish so he can teach the Sandovals! As part of transfers we also got a new car and a new apartment. Long story short it was a lot of work these last two days getting everything ready.
Zac is lined up to get baptized on Saturday so pray all goes well for Him! It's been amazing getting to see him Change. People can tell me I'm crazy but from the time we first meet people to the time they get baptized their countenance changes, they are happier, and they get along with others better. It is the best part of missionary work!
While we were waiting for our new car at the mission office we got to go proselyting on MSU campus for an hour and a half. It was so much fun there are so many people they are young willing to listen to us and there are no doors to be slammed in our faces! We were able to pass out two Books of Mormons and a bunch of pass-along cards in under two hours!
